Page to display

The bottom-left corner of the window has a pop-up menu — and arrows to the left and right of it — for controlling which page is displayed.  These can be used three ways:

• Click an arrow to flip backward or forward one page.
• Hold down the mouse button on the page number shown to pop up the menu, then select the page number you want to see.
• Select Go To (Command-T) on the pop-up menu, type the page number you want to see, and click Go or press Return.
